Refund Policy

1. Tokens and Verified Emails

Tokens are only charged on verified emails. A contact that fails verification is never charged against your quota. Bounces are on us.

2. Deliverability Guarantee

Every email is verified in real time before it reaches your list, and we guarantee a sub-5% bounce rate.

As set out in Section 9 of our Terms of Service, any separately advertised deliverability guarantee, including any percentage-based guarantee, may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, measurement methodologies, exclusions, limitations, or refund/replacement terms published by ListMiner.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled, as disclosed when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

As set out in Section 11 of our Terms of Service, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
